Central Library

The college has its own central library which acts as main learning resource center wherein sufficient numbers of books are available and most of the students of GEC Bilaspur get book issued for current academic session. The library has a separate reading room for the students and faculty. Textbooks, newspapers, magazines and Journals are available here on all working days. Students can also refer online textbooks of McGraw and Pearson India Publication from the college website E-Library Ebook in the college campus.

Internet

In this fast growing technology driven world, internet aids teaching in various ways. The GEC Bilaspur Campus is fully equipped with 24x7100 Mbps Wi-Fi internet connectivity. Students can access online Courses like NPTEL, Spoken Tutorial, MIT-OCW etc. anytime in college campus.

Hostel for Boys and Girls

For students residing in college campus institute have 5 Hostels, two boys hostels on 100 capacity each, two girls hostel with capacity of 65 and 100 respectively and a separate first year hostel for boys of 36 capacity. The hostels area is surrounded with lush green gardens and playground. All hostels have their own separate reading room, Gymnasium, TV room and dining hall with mess. Administrative head of each hostel, the warden is a faculty member of the college. Additionally, one caretaker/matron for each hostel exists to manage the day-to-day affairs of the hostel.

Sports

The institution has a sport grounds for Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and Football. Students are provided with various sports kits and equipment. Sports week is celebrated with various sports events like Volleyball, Cricket, Chess, and Carom etc. Students are also encouraged to participate in various zonal and inter-zonal tournaments. A sports committee headed by a college faculty manages all programs related to sports in the institute.

Medical Facilities

The college also has its own dispensary with one MBBS medical practitioner and a supporting staff, In addition to that all department have first aid kits. If student have any kind of medical problem he/she can directly consult the institute doctor. In case of emergency patient is referred to nearby hospitals like Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Government District Hospital, Apollo Hospital, KIMS, Govt. Mental Hospital, Sanjivani Clinic (at Koni) for treatment.

ATM Facility

The SBI and PNB ATMs are available in nearby GGDU central University campus.

Computer Center

Apart from separate computer laboratory in each department the institute has centralized computer center of 100 Capacity with internet facility. The computer center facilitates online tests and In-house software trainings for the students of GEC Bilaspur.
